I made this Goddess doll for a very sweet young lady named Nicki Seavey, I met her on the Internet, when she responded to my offer to trade beads for craft items that can be used in quilted post cards, and fabric ATC'S, we have developed a quick friendship and this is for her.

Hi I have been busy this week making polymer clay accent beads, to use and trade. Right now I have all my swaps caught up, and have a little breather this week, I'm going to start teaching myself Crazy Quilting, I love to do hand embroidery and of course I have a zillion beads to work with as well as my homemade polymer clay beads, I also make my own buttons, will have to get some posted for all to see, once I get all caught up.

Well it’s been awhile since I last posted. My daughter and I have been busy painting my kitchen and laundry room before the weather here in Missouri turns really cold. It has already started getting cold, and I have a ton of trim to paint, but I had to get my Digital ATC’s finished so I can get them sent out for the swap. So now they are done and I have no excuse on not finishing my painting.

Well I joined another ATC swap, this one is with the Fiber Artists Traders, the first thing I finished is a stuffed doll head that can be used as a pincushion, I used my scanner to take here picture, was just to lazy to go get the camera and load in the batteries, and the scanner was right there (GRIN), so here is a picture of the head. then the next one is for ATC's with funny faces on them will post the results once they are done.

Hi, well I just shipped off my first ATC's paper dolls, boy it's not as easy as it looks, the ones I sent were my 3rd set and still I wasn't really happy with them, but the deadline was fast approaching, so I bit my tongue and sent them off to their new owner.
